Due to scheduling constraints we regret that late arrivals may not receive their entire scheduled service time but will be responsible for full-service fees. To ensure that you and all of our clients receive the full length of service, we suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.

Services are available by appointment. We recommend on-line scheduling or calling 919-550-9355 as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.   To reserve your time and avoid no shows we request you provide your credit card information upon making your initial appointment with us.

We understand the world keeps getting busier and more fast paced each year.  And our focus is to counteract the stress that busy schedules create.  And because so many people require relaxation we stay quite busy.  

Because of this,  SPA NEO REQUIRES A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE for all spa services. Out of respect for other clients and staff, NON-EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS OF LESS THAN 24 HOURS OR NO-SHOWS, including Gift Certificate holders, REGRETTFULLY MUST BE CHARGED AT 100% OF TREATMENT FEES.

We all want and need to keep in touch with work, family and loved ones.  This never seems to end, but we try to help you escape that if only for a short while.  Therefore, out of consideration for all of our clients, please mute cell phones and other devices. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa.
