Shannon was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. After high school, she attended East Carolina University and earned her B.S. Degree in Exercise Physiology. Shannon had worked as a Rehab Tech for ten years and was very successful, but was seeking a new challenge in 2007. She enrolled at the Southeastern Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy School and completed over 500 hours of therapeutic practice. After graduation, Shannon became a licensed massage therapist.
Shannon loves working in the rehabilitative field and helping others feel better. Her specialty is deep tissue massage and working on specific problem areas her clients may have, such as “frozen” shoulder or hip. A variety of services are offered by Shannon, such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, hot stone, and sports massage, to name a few. Her steady, consistent approach has made her quite popular and she has a very loyal following.
Friendly and endearing come to mind when anyone meets her. When she is not helping others to feel better, she spends her time focusing on her family and husband, a US Marine.
